- Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
- Course Access. Purchases grant a non-transferable license for personal or organizational training. Redistribution or public display is prohibited without written permission.
- Payments and Taxes. Prices are listed in USD and may change. Applicable taxes may be added. Refunds follow our published policy where available by law.
- Acceptable Use. Do not attempt to interfere with platform security, scrape content, or engage in fraudulent activity. Respect intellectual property and other users.
- Certification. Certificates reflect successful completion of assessments but are not a guarantee of employment or specific outcomes.
- Disclaimers. Content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content, though we strive to improve service.
- Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masterframe Grounds will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
